Who we are
Multidisciplinary Facility Managers responsible for large scale facilities and extensive portfolios.
FIMX is a non-profit network, without any permanent sponsors.
There is no commitment, no subscription, no catch. Just a safe and creative space for debates, discussions and exchange of experiences.
Why we do this
To identify and capitalize on Information Management (IM) opportunities, generating efficiencies during the operational phase of a facility.
To exchange experience and best practices regarding IM systems and processes.
To provide and receive feedback on existing service providers, hard- and software.
To benchmark individual progress against that of other organizations.
To minimize data loss during the handover of new facilities.
To promote sustainability and effective use of resources.
To offer a specialized platform for detailed and engaged discussions.
To facilitate connections between specialists and other relevant networks (e.g. EUBIM, ECB CAFM)
Where it all happens
In-person meetings and workshops hosted in rotation by network members.
Optional, smaller break out calls and meet ups between specialists for an even more detailed deep dive.
